- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken or fish stock
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge the halibut cheeks in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Place the halibut cheeks in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
